 MCTS: A Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Vista – Configuration

A Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Windows Vista – Configuration certification validates knowledge and skills necessary to troubleshoot network connectivity and application issues on Windows Vista. The successful candidate will have at least one year of IT experience resolving network connectivity issues and working with desktop operating systems, security, and applications.

Course 5115: Installing and Configuring the Windows Vista Operating System (three days)
Course 5116: Configuring Windows Vista Mobile Computing and Applications (two days)

MCITP: Enterprise Support Technician certification

MCITP candidates with the MCTS prerequisite must pass one exam focusing on responding to issues assigned or escalated from tier 1 support.
